Refund & Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product is crafted with care, using high-quality materials and decades of handcraftsmanship experience. We understand that preferences and needs may change, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date. If the product has a slight scent due to packaging or production, don’t worry, it is temporary and will fade naturally.

Important Notes Before You Purchase

  • We recommend that customers review all product descriptions and refer to the size chart before purchasing.
  • If you’re unsure about sizing, our team confirms sizes via email after order placement to ensure accuracy.
  • You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • A confirmation email will be sent within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
  • Our team will inspect returned items within 72 hours, and any approved exchange will be delivered to your doorstep within approximately 15 business days.
  • Please note: The 30-day return window applies only to initiating the request. Refunds and exchanges are processed only after inspection and approval.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a deduction of 20% to 30% of the order amount, depending on the order status.

Return & Exchange Eligibility & Terms

  • $35 per item (non-refundable shipping fee)
  • 5% payment processing fee
  • Priority shipping charges ($30) are non-refundable, as they are service-based queue-jumping fees.
  • If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs, and immediate action will be taken once you inform us.
  • To be eligible, the product must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, unmarked, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Customized items and items marked as clearance or sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Size exchanges will not be accepted once the size is confirmed via email. However, if you still wish to proceed with an exchange, a 50% charge of the original item price will apply.
  • In case of incomplete delivery due to a wrong or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges will be applied for redelivery.
  • Local customs duties and taxes (if applicable) for returned parcels will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items that show any signs of wear, tampering, missing tags, or damage will not be accepted and will void your eligibility for a return or refund.

  2. Our support team will get back to you within three business days with further instructions.
  3. Only after your request is approved, the return address of our manufacturing warehouse will be shared.
  4. Use a trackable and insured courier service. Please ensure the return is prepaid; we are not responsible for lost or unpaid return parcels.
