Order Cancellation
At Euphoria Outfits, we truly value our customers and the trust you place in us. Since each of our pieces is made to order with care and craftsmanship, we’ve designed a cancellation policy that is both considerate and clear, allowing flexibility while also respecting the time and resources involved in creating your order.
Need to Cancel Your Order?
We understand that plans can change. That’s why you can cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
Just send us a quick note at help@euphoriaoutfits.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.
After 24 Hours If you decide to cancel:
- Within 24 hours: You’ll receive a full refund (excluding payment processing fees).
- Between 24–48 hours: A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.
- After 48 hours: A 35% cancellation fee will apply, as your item will already be in production.
- Beyond 48 hours: Unfortunately, cancellation won’t be possible at that stage.
Please note: A 5% processing fee is non-refundable, as this is charged by banks and payment gateways at the time of transaction.
Priority & Time-Sensitive Orders
For orders marked as Priority, especially where you’ve confirmed your size or requested a specific delivery timeline, cancellation is not available after the order is placed. This is because we begin production immediately to meet your deadline.
If Your Order Has Been Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be available. However, you can still take advantage of our 30-day return policy once you receive your package.
