At Euphoria Outfits, we’re committed to delivering your orders with love, care, and efficiency. Our team puts in every effort to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We provide a simple, interactive shopping experience and ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, USPS, and Royal Mail—with no minimum order restrictions.
- Standard Orders: Delivered worldwide within 15 to 20 business days.
- Customized Orders: May take up to 20 to 30 business days.
Please note: All our jackets are handcrafted by artisans with over 30 years of experience. Minor variations in color, lining, or stitching are natural and part of the charm of handmade apparel.
Peak Season Notice
During winter and high-demand seasons, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for order processing.
If you’re on a tight deadline, we recommend selecting Priority Shipping ($30) at checkout or contacting us in advance with your required delivery date.
Order Processing
- Orders placed after Friday evening are processed the following Monday.
- Orders are not processed on public holidays.
- Order confirmation is typically sent within 1 hour of payment.

Packaging and Handling
To minimize international shipping costs and keep prices affordable, we use compact mailer bags. Please avoid using sharp tools to open your package, as it may damage the product.
Signature Upon Delivery
We recommend selecting the “signature required” option to secure your delivery. If you waive this option, you accept full responsibility for any missing or stolen packages.
Note: In some areas, this feature may not be removable due to courier restrictions
International Shipping & Customs
For orders outside the U.S., shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country.
- Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
European Union Orders:
Starting July 5, 2021, the EU VAT is applicable across all member states. Customers are responsible for customs clearance and VAT charges in the EU.

If You’re Unavailable at Delivery
If you’re unavailable when your package arrives:
- Contact the courier service to reschedule delivery.
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
- If no action is taken, the parcel will be returned to us, and return shipping charges will apply.
Order Fulfillment and Quality Control
To ensure timely delivery, your order may be shipped from one of our international warehouses. Regardless of the shipping origin, every product undergoes strict quality control before dispatch.
